Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience, edited by Prof Geoffrey Fox and Prof Luc Moreau, and published by Wiley. The journal was formerly known as "Concurrency: Practice and Experience". I have been a member of the board since 1995. This remains an exciting read, and looking back over the last decade it is fun to see a record of the development of parallel and supercomputing ideas that have anticipated a lot of the recent computational grid furore. Contributions to this journal go to: Geoffrey Fox.
International Journal on Advances in Systems and Measurements, edited by Assoc. Prof. Constantin Paleologu and published by IARIA.
International Journal of Mobile and Blended Learning (IJMBL), edited by Assoc. Prof. David Parsons and published by IGI.
International Journal of Pure & Applied Mathematical Sciences (IJPAMS). This is a relatively new journal with some exciting insights into interdisciplinary work based in the maths-based sciences. The editors are Professor C.E.M. Pearce and Professor A.R. Ashrafi.
Global Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences (GJMMS). The editor is Professor M.R.Molaei.
